Since the inception of Shields of Strength in 1996, customer satisfaction has always been at the top of our priority list. We guarantee our products and our pledge is 100% customer satisfaction. We want our customers to know they can come to us anytime if something does not seem right with your purchase.
We are here to serve you, provide advice, resolve shipping problems, exchange and/or replace items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Shield of Strength items. We want you to be comfortable reaching out to us, we love interacting with you. Suggestions from our customers have led to some of our our most popular designs. You have the best ideas for new products and we love producing the items you desire.
Following is a list of commonly asked questions, along with our answers.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my purchase?
A: Simply email us at support@shieldsofstrength.com or call us toll free at 800-326-7882. Explain the details of your order, and how we can help you.
Q: What hours and days of the week are you open?
A: Our normal business hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on Friday. We are located in Beaumont, Texas (Central Time Zone).
Q: If we are in your area, can we shop at your headquarters?
A: Absolutely! We enjoy having visitors and walk in customers. We always honor them with a 20% discount on their purchase. The 20% discount is our way of saying thank you for visiting.
Q: If I need to make a return, what should I do?
A: A return number is not needed. Simply mail your item back to our headquarters at: Shields of Strength, 1555 South Major Drive, Beaumont, Texas 77707. Please include a note with your full name, phone number and instructions on what you would like done; for instance, refund, trade for another item, or replace. If you feel more comfortable calling us first, that's fine.
Q: What are your website and social media addresses?

Q: Do you have an Affiliate Marketing Program.

A: The best place to check prices and product descriptions link size, weight, colors, is at the Shields of Strength Website. Simply click on the product and review the data.
Q: How long does it take to ship a product to a specific location?
A: The best way to determine shipping time is on the Shields of Strength Website. Simply select the items you are interested in, enter the mailing address where you want to ship the product, and select the shipping method you want. You will see the estimated shipping time. This all happens before you are required to complete the purchase.
Q: Do you ship products outside of the United States?
A: We ship internationally, and we love connecting with people around the World.
Q: Are Shields of Strength offered in retail stores?
A: Shields of Strength are sold in Christian Bookstores, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), and other retail stores. However, the best selection and easiest way to purchase Shields of Strength is at our website.
Q: How can I be notified of new Shields of Strength products?
A: The best way to know when new Shields of Strength products are released is through the Shields of Strength mailing list. When you sign up for our mailing list, you will receive a 10% OFF Coupon. Simply click on the "Coupon" Tab located on the right side of our website. We respect your privacy and do NOT share you email address with others and we limit emails to promotions and special announcements.
Q: Does Shields of Strength make custom products.
A: We can produce custom Shields of Strength products. The minimum requirement for custom jewelry is 500 pieces. The minimum requirement is necessary to cover design and mold expenses.
Q: Can Shields of Strength engrave names or other information on Dog Tags or other Jewelry pieces?
A: At this time, we do not offer custom engraving services. If this is something you are interested in, we recommend you use a local engraver who can customize your Shield of Strength.
Q: I have experienced problems with the United States Postal Service First Class mail. Does Shields of Strength use USPS First Class Mail?
A: We have suspended use of USPS First Class mail service. We offer Priority Mail, 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, and Overnight USPS mail services. We also use United Postal Service and FedEX.
Q: Does Shields of Strength collect state sales tax?
A: Shield of Strength is located in TX and we collect all applicable Sales Tax for the State of TX.
Q: Does Shields of Strength make custom combination necklaces and bracelets?
A: We can make custom combination necklaces and bracelets. Simply call us at 800-326-7882. Tell us the pendants or charms you desire, the chain length, and we will custom make your jewelry.
