- A $100 one-time setup fee is also required
- 50% of total payment must be received as a deposit prior to production
- All orders include a 24 inch stainless steel neck chain for each dog tag ordered
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery once final proofs have been received by Athletes for Christ
