Why Men Call Themselves Alpha Males

They call themselves alpha males, they will tell you, because they believe the alpha male in a wolfpack protects and provides for the pack.

But that’s not the truth. The alpha male in a wolfpack uses the pack to protect and provide for itself. While the younger males and the females go out and hunt, it hides in the bushes, and when it knows it’s safe, it will come out to feed.  Or it will fight its own family to fill its belly. That’s exactly what men who call themselves alpha males do.

They aren’t really protecting their families. They are protecting what  they feel belongs to them. protecting themselves and they are using their families to fill their own bellies. Men who love themselves call themselves alpha males, actually can’t love their families. They love themselves.

I know this seems counterintuitive, but think about it.

Trust God’s Word no matter what, because His word is truth.
