How to trust God

Trusting God is not trusting that whatever happens is God’s will. What happens can be for a lot of reasons. God never said all things happen for a reason. He said all things work together for the good of those who love Him. For me, trusting God is a never ending battle with my own feelings. Sometimes my feelings align with God’s Word and when they do, it’s so easy. The rest of the time, my feelings contradict God’s Word, and that’s where the battle takes place. I have learned the hard way when it comes to my feelings or God’s Word, it’s a no brainer. Go with God! Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God.”
