The biggest problem about being easily offended is that we can end up hating the love that is intended to save us.

If someone really loves you, the thing they are worried about more than anything else is not that other people are hurting you, but that you are hurting other people. Because if you are hurting other people, that reveals who you are.

So, if someone loves you enough to tell you what you need to change, for your own sake--make sure you are not so easily offended that you hate the love that was intended to save you.
