Description

A cross that rests on its side, with the verse on the back

The “Carry the Cross” pendant lies on its side, held by a ring at each end of its long arm so it hangs level on the chain. The back is lettered “The Lord is my strength.” along the long arm, with “Psalm 28:7” reading up the short arm; the front is plain polished steel.

It is for Christian women who want a subtle daily reminder of faith, and it layers easily with other necklaces. For Psalm 28:7 on a heart instead of a cross, see the Women's Stainless Thin Heart Necklace.

Product FAQ's

What is the meaning behind the verse engraved on the necklace?

Psalm 28:7, “The Lord is my strength,” is the perfect Scripture to always keep close with you. This verse encourages us that God will never leave us, He will equip us, and He will be our source of strength—no matter the obstacle, trial, or the difficulty we face in this lifetime.

Why would someone wear a “carry the cross” sideway necklace?

This necklace may be worn as an outward display of the cross, which represents the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, but it is also a great reminder of the strength we find in Jesus. Wearing a cross necklace encourages Christ-followers of their faith, but it also can be a way to share your faith in Jesus with others.
