How to build trust in a relationship

Truly faithful people are easy to trust. Maybe no one will ever be more faithful than someone who has truly repented for being unfaithful. The question then becomes, how do we know if someone has truly repented? I would suggest to you, it’s not hard to tell. If someone has truly repented for being unfaithful, even the smallest thing that in any way, shape, or form resembles unfaithfulness will scare them to death. They will not only be faithful with the big things, they will also be faithful with the little things. If you choose to trust someone, don’t ride the fence. You’re giving them the chance to hurt you again. Go ahead and give trust if you believe they will be faithful. And if you’re trying to build someone else’s trust in you, take care of the little things. Luke 16:10, "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.”
