What is the difference between regret and repentance

Regret doesn’t equal repentance and repentance doesn’t mean we won’t have regrets. If we have really repented then we are likely in the fight of our lives. The fight to never ever do it again. Repentance doesn’t make you weak...It makes you strong

It takes courage to repent, but it’s the best possible thing we can do for others if we sinned against them. It’s also the best thing to do for ourselves, because if we do not repent, it will destroy our lives. Be careful though about who you repent to. What is the difference between saying sorry and repentance

Saying we are sorry can mean a lot of things. The greatest evidence we are not seeking truth or truly repenting is when we look in the eyes of truth and make more excuses. True repentance is wrecked by the fact the truth means it’s the problem. So wrecked, it changes directions and will do most anything to make sure it never stands for a lie again.
