What we go to sleep thinking about impacts how we rest and how we start tomorrow. Make a conscious effort to fall asleep grateful for the little things that are truly the big things. Just having a bed to sleep in is a blessing in itself. "Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.” Ps. 100:4-5
