You need to know that God doesn’t want you to love your enemy to change your enemy. He wants you to love your enemy so your enemy doesn’t change you.

When you love your enemy: instead of being angry, you’re patient; instead of being rude, you’re kind, you’re truthful and protective of others; instead of being boastful, you hope; and—ultimately--instead of selfishness and delighting in evil, you persevere in love.  

This is what happens to you, when you love your enemy.

Think about it. Trust God’s Word no matter what, because His word is truth.

 Keep your eyes on the horizon.
