What is a boss?

Not everyone we call a boss is a boss. Some are leaders. A boss sees authority as power. A leader sees authority as a responsibility to listen and serve people. A boss protects themselves and a leader protects their people. A successful mission is the fruit of a loving team not the result of one driving others. Even if wealth or success comes for a boss it comes with regret. Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord, brings wealth, and He adds no sorrow with it.
