Tropical Storm Imelda- Rescuing Jack the dog
Jack couldn’t be found as the rain fell hard. 48 inches of rain in 36 hours. He managed to survive the storm and survive 3 days in the flood before we got to him. Tropical Storm Imelda flood rescue
Unreal what can happen in 12 hours of insane rain. Nothing more powerful than the difference a simple helping hand can make. Thank you Jesus for loving me despite myself and helping me learn what love really is and how it works. Forever grateful even in the storms. What to do if you love someone who doesn’t love you
Loving someone who won’t love us is always painful. Actually, anyone not loving us is painful. We can pretend we don’t care, but that is just a fearful response to the fact we do care. Whatever you do, don’t harden your heart. That’s the trap of hurt. Loving heals us from hurt.
