Should a Man Hide His Feelings?

If a man is hiding his feelings to protect his family, that’s loving—that’s masculine. If he’s hiding his feelings for himself without regard for his family, that’s selfish—that’s fearful.

So, as an example:  fear comes along and he may be afraid, but he is going to stand strong and courageous on behalf of his family because he doesn’t want fear to come along and start ruling their lives.

So, if he is hiding his fear for himself without regard for you, that’s toxic, not masculine. If he’s hiding his fear for you, that might be masculine.

Think about it. Trust God’s Word no matter what, because His word is truth.
