Both self hate and self love require a focus on “SELF.” The idea that self love is the answer to self hate is a lie. It’s a trap! A trap that leads to self destruction. The problem is....SELF....which is rooted in fear. The only solution to the trap of self is Jesus-who is love (selfless)! Fight for your life and you will lose it. Give up your life and you will find it. Matthew 10:39,”Those who try to gain their own life will lose it; but those who lose their life for my sake will gain it.”
