DIMENSIONS - The weight plate necklace measures 1.25 inches in diameter and 0.13 inch thick.  One piece comes with a 20-inch stainless steel curb chain and the other comes with a 24-inch stainless steel chain.  Chain is made with the highest grade stainless steel containing zero nickel, commonly referred to as “Surgical Grade” which does not irritate skin and never tarnishes.
